Across Connecticut, five communities — Bridgeport, Danbury, Norwalk, Stamford, and Waterbury — are working together so that no child falls through the cracks. The CT Cradle-to-Career (C2C) Coalition brings together 440+ partner organizations and 15 community-based working groups to serve 125,000 children. We share what's working, learn from challenges, and build the relationships that make lasting change possible. Because when communities are connected, children thrive.

Real change starts with listening. We invest in the tools, data, and relationships that help communities understand what children and families actually need — and act on it. Through education, training, and genuine partnership with youth and community members, we make sure the people most affected by these challenges have a seat at the table. Our shared data infrastructure helps local efforts learn and improve continuously, while building momentum for impact across the entire state.

We show up at the local and state level to push for the policies that give every child a fair shot. That means fighting for access to culturally responsive healthcare, school-based health centers, Community Health Workers, and Doulas. It means championing early education, strong family-school connections, and skills-based hiring so that opportunity isn't determined by zip code. By 2030, we're working to move 100, 000 more Connecticut children toward economic mobility because every child deserves a path forward.
